life-changing experience

My first camp was back in 2009. I was forced by my parents to attend. Of course I didn’t want to go. I didn’t know anyone. I would be out-of-place, and to think I’m the type of person who hates being in a room full of strangers. That was 3 years ago. Now I can tell you that going to camp was one of the best things that ever happened in my life.

For those who knew me in grade school and in high school,
I wasn’t always like this. I’m sure my CSA friends can testify that I was not exactly trustworthy, nor was I nice. I wasn’t holding pure principles; I wasn’t a good daughter or a sister. I went to camp a dirty soul. I went to camp full of anger and hate, sadness and loneliness, but I went out of that camp forever changed.

I had no expectations about camp. I just wanted to get it over and done with, but amazingly, even if I didn’t want to be there, that experience changed me because in that camp, I came to know my God. It’s funny how things happen. Back in 2009 I didn’t want anything to do with that camp, 3 years later, I am too excited for words.

camp is not only spiritually moving, but it was fun as can be. FORGET ABOUT STEREOTYPES THAT CHRISTIANS ARE BORING! every camp is filled with so much fun and laughter and you get to meet new awesome people who won't only make you laugh but will love you too!

Truly encouraging every teenager to join because you have no idea how wonderful this experience is.

To all the parents, you will not regret it when you let your child go.

Open your mind and open your hearts. You never know what your camp story(CLICK ME) will be.
